Non personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Please include your invoice and write a note on it stating the reason for returning the product.

If you want to change your wording, please contact us as soon as you can, either on 01257 413 293 or sales@myprettylittlegifts.co.uk. We do aim to send your order within 24 hours, so the sooner you contact us the better.

I ordered this product for my little cousin for a baby shower, and she adored it. It was great quality and dispute being tugged on meant times didn’t rip, and the option to personalise meant it went with the colour scheme. It was exactly what I asked for and despite being the cheaper option on Amazon was much better than the other option as it could be personalised and was much better quality when it arrived. I am incredibly happy with this product and will definitely be recommending this brand to friends and family and will 100% be ordering again!
