I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?
Of course! Please send an email to sales@myprettylittlegifts.co.uk with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!
I like a product but would like different wording, can I change it?
If our product is personalised and you want to change the wording to something else, we should be able to do this for you! Simply get in touch and we will help with your bespoke order
I've ordered a personalised item but I left the wrong details, can I change it?
If you want to change your wording, please contact us as soon as you can, either on 01257 413 293 or sales@myprettylittlegifts.co.uk. We do aim to send your order within 24 hours, so the sooner you contact us the better.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
Personalised items cannot be returned to us, unless there is a fault or mistake - if this is the case, please do send us an email first with your order number so we can help fix any problems for you - our email is sales@myprettylittlegifts.co.uk
Delivery Questions
What delivery options do you have?
First Class Postage = £1.95
48 Hour Tracked = £4.95 (order before 3pm)
24 Hour Tracked = £7.95 (order before 3pm)
Collection = You can collect for free at our shop in Chorley, Lancashire if you're local, simply select this option at the checkout
How quickly will you make my order?
We aim to make and send all of your orders within 24 hours of receiving it
I need something asap, can you send it quicker?
Absolutely! Order before 3pm Monday - Friday and select one of the upgrade tracked delivery options
Can I track my item?
If you have chosen the upgraded delivery options they are fully tracked. You will receive the tracking number in the email after ordering, but if you need it again feel free to get in touch.
