All orders are handmade within 24 hours from our lovely little studio in Chorley, Lancashire. Order upgraded delivery options before 3pm Monday - Friday or before 10:30am on Saturday to make sure they are posted out the same day.

I ordered a personalised item but I did it wrong, can I change the details?
If you want to change your wording, please contact us as soon as you can, either on 01257 413 293 or sales@myprettylittlegifts.co.uk. We do aim to send your order within 24 hours, so the sooner you contact us the better.
I like one of your personalised products but for another event, can you change the wording on it?
